- 2.2 lbs beef short ribs (cubed)
- 1 large onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp Bahian seasoning (or ½ tsp cumin + ½ tsp coriander + ¼ tsp paprika)

- 2 tomatoes
- ½ red bell pepper
- Fresh parsley and scallions to taste
- 1 tbsp annatto seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
How to Make Shredded Ribs:
