  • 9 oz (approx. 250g) lasagna noodles;
  • 7 oz (approx. 200g) deli ham;
  • 7 oz (approx. 200g) mozzarella or mild provolone cheese, sliced or shredded;
  • Red marinara sauce or creamy béchamel sauce to taste;

How to Make Chicken Lasagna:

  1. Start by preparing your favorite marinara or béchamel sauce;
  2. Add the shredded chicken to the sauce and let it simmer for about 10 minutes;
  3. Keep the sauce warm for assembly;
  4. Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish;
  5. Assemble the lasagna by layering noodles, sauce, cheese, and ham; repeat until you run out of ingredients;
  6. Finish the top layer with a generous amount of cheese;
  7. Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley, oregano, or olives;
  8. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil;
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (approx. 200°C) for 30 minutes;
