Ingredients for Air Fryer Pumpkin Cake:

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar;
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar;
  • 2 large eggs;
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil;
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree;
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour;
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda;
  • 1 tsp baking powder;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon;
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg;
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts;

How to Make Air Fryer Pumpkin Cake:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the sugars, eggs, vegetable oil, and pumpkin puree until well combined;
  2. Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg;
  3. Mix well until the batter is smooth;
  4. Pour the batter into an air fryer-safe baking pan;
  5. Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for about 35 to 40 minutes;
  6. Once baked, let it cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan;
