- 2.2 lbs (1 kg) chuck roast;
- 2 medium onions, chopped;
- 4 garlic cloves, minced;
- 5 tbsp soy sauce;
- 2 tbsp white vinegar;
- Dried parsley;
- Basil to taste;
- Salt to taste;
- Black pepper to taste.
How to Make Pressure Cooker Pot Roast:
- First, in a bowl, mix all the seasonings and ingredients together;
- Add the meat to the bowl and coat it thoroughly;
- Let the meat marinate for 30 minutes;
- Transfer the meat and all the marinade into your pressure cooker;
- Seal the cooker. Once it reaches pressure, turn the heat to low and cook for 1 hour;
- Check for tenderness; the meat should be browned and juicy;
