Ingredients for Pressure Cooker Pot Roast:

  • 2.2 lbs (1 kg) chuck roast;
  • 2 medium onions, chopped;
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced;
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce;
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar;
  • Dried parsley;
  • Basil to taste;
  • Salt to taste;
  • Black pepper to taste.

How to Make Pressure Cooker Pot Roast:

  1. First, in a bowl, mix all the seasonings and ingredients together;
  2. Add the meat to the bowl and coat it thoroughly;
  3. Let the meat marinate for 30 minutes;
  4. Transfer the meat and all the marinade into your pressure cooker;
  5. Seal the cooker. Once it reaches pressure, turn the heat to low and cook for 1 hour;
  6. Check for tenderness; the meat should be browned and juicy;
  7. Once it reaches your desired tenderness, it’s ready to serve. Enjoy!
