- 1 cup tapioca flour (polvilho doce);
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast;
- 1 ½ tablespoons salt;
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil;
- 2 tablespoons honey;
- 1 ½ cups warm water (added gradually);
- Rolled oats for garnish.
How to prepare this healthy oat bread:
- In a large bowl, add the oat flour;
- Next, stir in the tapioca flour and active dry yeast;
- Mix these dry ingredients well, then add the salt and combine;
- Now, add the olive oil and honey;
- Gradually pour in the warm water while mixing. There is no need to knead this dough, and the texture will be a bit stickier than traditional homemade bread dough;
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan with olive oil or butter;
- Pour the dough evenly into the loaf pan;
- Dampen your hands with water and gently press the top of the dough to smooth it out;
