  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika;
  • 1 teaspoon salt;
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca starch;
  • 2 tablespoons oat flour or rice flour.

How to make vegan sausages:

  1. In a food processor or blender, add the cooked chickpeas, cooked brown rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated beets, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt;
  2. Pulse until the mixture is smooth and creamy;
  3. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl;

  5. Once incorporated, cover with plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for about one hour;
