- Hot water
- 1 bay leaf
- 8 oz (1 tub) cream cheese or crème fraîche
- 7 oz (200g) mozzarella cheese, cubed
How to make Creamy Italian Sausage Rice:
- Slice or crumble the sausage and cook in a large skillet over high heat with a drizzle of olive oil until well-browned and flavorful.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent and golden.
- Add the minced garlic (with salt) and the chopped tomato. Sauté for a few more minutes.
