  • 1 packet (approx. 1 tbsp/12g) unflavored gelatin powder
  • 3 tablespoons water (to bloom the unflavored gelatin)
  • 1 cup boiling water for each gelatin flavor
  • 1 cup cold water for each gelatin flavor
  • 1 can (approx. 7 oz / 200g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 carton (7 oz / 200g) table cream or heavy cream
  • 2 cups (500 ml) whole milk

How to make Mosaic Jello:

  1. Dissolve each box of flavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring well until completely dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup of cold water to each gelatin flavor and mix well.
  3. Pour each gelatin flavor into separate shallow containers of similar size, handling carefully.
  4. Refrigerate the gelatin until firm.
  5. While the gelatin sets, bloom the unflavored gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water, then microwave for 10 seconds to dissolve.
  6. In a blender, combine the milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream, and the dissolved unflavored gelatin. Blend for about 1 minute until smooth.
  7. Remove the flavored gelatin from the fridge and cut into medium-sized cubes.
  8. Place the gelatin cubes into a large serving dish. Pour the creamy mixture over the cubes, stirring very gently to distribute them evenly.
  9. Refrigerate again until the creamy layer is firm.
  10. Serve your Mosaic Jello and enchant everyone with this refreshing, colorful dessert!
