Ingredients for Homemade Lemon Ice Cream:

  • 1 tsp lemon zest;
  • 1 can (approx. 10 oz) table cream (Nestlé table cream or heavy cream);
  • 1 tsp ice cream emulsifier;
  • 2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk;
  • 2 cups fresh lemon juice (about 8-10 lemons).

How to Make Homemade Lemon Ice Cream:

  1. In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and table cream. Blend until smooth and well-incorporated;
  2. Pour the mixture into a container and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes;
  3. Remove from the freezer and transfer to a stand mixer bowl. Add the emulsifier and beat for about 10 minutes until fluffy;
  4. Return the mixture to the freezer for another 30 minutes;
  5. Repeat the beating process 4 more times to ensure a creamy texture;
  6. After the final cycle, return it to the freezer and let it set completely;
  7. Once it reaches your desired ice cream consistency, scoop and serve;
  8. Enjoy!
