Did you know?

Powdered milk was invented around the same time as sweetened condensed milk by American Gail Borden in 1856. By patenting these processes, Borden solved the major issue of milk spoilage during transport in oak barrels to consumer centers, which previously resulted in high levels of waste (Source: Wikipedia).
