How to make homemade apple jam:

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with the apples.
  4. Cover the pan and cook over medium heat until the apples are very soft and the liquid has reduced significantly.
  5. Once cooked, use an immersion blender or food processor to blend the mixture until smooth.
  6. Let it cool completely, then store it in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator. Your jam is ready to enjoy!

Pro Tip:

You can use either ground cinnamon or a cinnamon stick during the cooking process. Just remember to remove the cinnamon stick before blending.
