How to Make Refreshing Infused Sparkling Water

Today we are sharing a recipe for a refreshing infused sparkling water. It’s perfect for summer and a great way to encourage yourself to drink more water throughout the day. Let’s get to the recipe!

Ingredients for refreshing infused sparkling water:

  • 1 Liter (approx. 4 cups) sparkling water;
  • Ice as desired (we recommend plenty);
  • 3 Lemons, sliced into rounds, with the rind and seeds removed;
  • Fresh mint leaves to taste;
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks;
  • Whole cloves to taste;
  • 3.5 fl oz (100ml) lemon syrup (optional).

How to prepare the refreshing infused sparkling water:

  1. Grab a large beverage dispenser or pitcher;
  2. Next, add plenty of ice;
  3. Thinly slice the lemons and remove the seeds;
  4. Add the lemon slices to the container with the ice;
  5. Now add the fresh mint leaves, cinnamon sticks, and whole cloves;
  6. Pour in the sparkling water;
  7. Finally, add the lemon syrup if using, and stir gently;
  8. That’s it! Enjoy your refreshing drink throughout the day.

Tips:

Infused water is a fantastic option for hosting guests, and it’s packed with nutrients from the added fruit. You can use this same base and swap the flavors by trying other fruits, such as strawberries, kiwi, or pineapple… the choice is yours!
