- ⅓ cup (approx. 50g) Chia seeds;
- 1 tbsp Honey.
How to Make Mango Chia Pudding:
- In a bowl, add the chia seeds, pour the coconut milk over them, and stir well;
- Let the chia seeds hydrate in the coconut milk for about 10 minutes;
- While waiting, peel the mangoes and cut them into small pieces;
- Place the chopped mango in a blender and blend until smooth;
- Once the chia has hydrated, add the honey to the bowl and mix well;
- Time to assemble: grab the glass or bowl you’ll be serving in;
- Start with a generous layer of the coconut chia mixture;
