  • 3 tablespoons oat flour;
  • 1.1 lbs (approx. 500g) sweet potatoes;
  • Salt to taste.

How to make Sweet Potato Crust Pizza:

  1. First, boil the sweet potatoes until they are very tender and easy to mash.
  2. Drain and mash them until smooth, like a purée.
  3. Allow the mash to cool down completely.
  4. Add the oat flour to the sweet potato purée.
  5. Using your hands, mix the sweet potato and oat flour together until it reaches a dough-like consistency.
  6. Grease a pizza pan (or any baking pan you have on hand).
  7. Spread the dough into the pan, pressing it down firmly to cover the entire bottom evenly.
  8. Now, it’s time to add your favorite toppings! We used tomato sauce, shredded chicken, and mozzarella cheese.
  9. Place in a preheated oven at 425°F (approx. 220°C).
  10. Bake until the edges are golden brown and starting to lift. Serve immediately and enjoy!
