- Next, remove all the seeds and the white pith from the lemon, but keep the pulp and the zest;
- Chop the kale leaf to make it easier to blend;
- Chop the English cucumber into pieces, keeping the skin on;
- Add the lemon, kale, cucumber, apple, and fresh mint leaves to a blender;
- Add the 3/4 cup of cold water;
- Blend everything thoroughly;
- Enjoy it immediately—do not strain.
