How to make Air Fryer Corn Pie:
- Start with the batter: In a blender, add the egg, milk, and melted butter. Blend well;
- Next, add the sifted flour, salt, and grated Parmesan. Blend again until incorporated;
- Finally, add the baking powder and pulse gently just to mix;
- Grease a cake pan that fits inside your air fryer basket with butter and a little flour;
- Pour half of the batter into the pan. Add the filling: Spread the corn evenly, add the mozzarella strips, and dollops of cream cheese. Add fresh basil if using, then cover with the remaining batter;
