Today, I’m sharing our special recipe for traditional Thai chicken that is guaranteed to impress your taste buds.

Ingredients for Thai Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 fresh Thai chili peppers, minced
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 1 tbsp red curry paste
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

How to Make Thai Chicken:

  1. Cut the chicken into small bite-sized cubes and set aside.
  2. Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and sauté for a few minutes until soft and translucent.
  4. Add the garlic and Thai chili peppers, sautéing for another few minutes.
  5. Add the chicken to the pan and cook until lightly browned.
  6. Stir in the brown sugar, tamarind paste, and red curry paste, mixing well.
  7. Pour in the coconut milk and chicken broth, stirring until all ingredients are well combined.
