Did you know?

Guacamole is a traditional Mexican delicacy often served with various dishes, usually accompanied by pico de gallo and sour cream.

The base is a well-seasoned mashed avocado, which acts as a versatile side dish or dip. It has been exported worldwide wherever Mexican food is enjoyed, though often adapted to local tastes.

The name “guacamole” originates from the Aztec Nahuatl language: “Ahuacatl” (avocado) and “mole,” a generic term for “sauce” (Source: Wikipedia).
