  • 1 large egg

  • ¾ cup (200ml) heavy cream
  • ¾ cup (200ml) whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup (100g) bacon, chopped
  • ½ cup (100g) Gruyère or high-quality Swiss cheese, shredded

Instructions:

Crust:
