- 3 1/3 cups (800ml) of whole milk, divided;
- 1 cup of granulated sugar.
How to make Canned Corn Juice:
- Drain the corn and add it to a blender;
- Add 2 1/2 cups (600ml) of milk and blend well for about 3 minutes;
- Strain the mixture thoroughly through a fine-mesh sieve;
- Pour the liquid into a saucepan and place over medium heat;
- Once it reaches a boil, let it cook for 4 minutes, then turn off the heat;
- Allow it to cool down completely;
- Once cool, return the mixture to the blender;
- Add the remaining 3/4 cup (200ml) of milk and the sugar;
- Blend everything well until smooth and fully incorporated;
