- 1 tbsp heavy cream;

- 1.1 lbs (500g) lean ground beef;

- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed according to package instructions;
- Salt and pepper to taste;
- 1 tsp fresh basil, chopped.
How to make Easy Beef Wellington:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C);
- In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, ground beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, heavy cream, and salt;
- Mix until well incorporated;
- Place a large skillet over medium heat;
- Add the butter and let it melt;
- Sauté the mushrooms and onion until tender;
