- 1 package fresh refrigerated pastry dough (the thin type used for empanadas or egg rolls);
- 14 oz (400g) deli-style ham, thinly sliced;
- 14 oz (400g) mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced;
- 1 jar (approx. 15-24 oz) your favorite marinara sauce;
- Dried oregano to taste;
- 7 oz (200g) cream cheese or ricotta.
How to make Easy Pastry Dough Lasagna:
- Unroll the pastry dough and cut it to fit your baking dish size;
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of the dish;
- Place the first layer of dough over the sauce;
- Add a layer of sauce, followed by ham, cheese, and a dollop of cream cheese/ricotta;
- Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the dish or run out of ingredients;
- Finish the final layer with plenty of mozzarella and a sprinkle of dried oregano;
