- 2 containers (approx. 6 oz each) of plain Greek yogurt or lactose-free plain yogurt;
- Himalayan pink salt to taste;
- 1/2 yellow onion, finely diced;
- 1 cup broccoli florets (optional);
- Black pepper to taste.
How to Make Healthy Chicken Stroganoff:
- In a large skillet, melt the ghee over medium heat.
- Sauté the diced onion until translucent.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet.
- Season with salt and black pepper, cooking until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the mustard and cook for another minute.
- Add the tomato sauce, mix well, and let it simmer for a few minutes to combine flavors.
- Add the broccoli florets and cook until tender-crisp.
- Once the flavors have melded, remove the skillet from the heat.
- Stir in the yogurt until the sauce is creamy and smooth. Do not boil once the yogurt is added.

Tips:
