- 1 package (approx. 7 oz / 200g) table cream (or heavy cream);
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk;
- 2 packages (approx. 2.5 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix;
- 4 cups (1 liter) whole milk;
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (50% cocoa).
How to Make Homemade Chocolate Pudding:
- In a saucepan, add the whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate pudding mix, and the cocoa powder;
- Whisk everything together until well combined;
- Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens into a cream;
- Once thickened, reduce the heat to low and cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat;
- Let it cool slightly, then transfer to a separate bowl;
- Allow it to cool completely at room temperature;
- Once cooled, gently stir in the table cream by hand;
- Continue stirring until the cream is smooth and homogeneous;
- Finally, portion the pudding into individual serving cups or a glass dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours;
