- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 can (approx. 5 oz) table cream (or heavy cream)
- 4 units of paçoca (Brazilian peanut candy, crushed with a fork)
- Crushed roasted peanuts (skinless) for coating
How to make Peanut Butter Brigadeiros:
- In a non-stick saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat;
- Next, add the sweetened condensed milk and mix well;
- Stir in the table cream and the crushed paçoca;
- Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and begins to pull away from the bottom of the pan (brigadeiro point);
- Grease a plate with a little butter, pour the mixture onto it, and let it cool completely;
- Once cooled, grease your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, and coat them with the crushed peanuts;
