- In a large bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients: rice flour, cornstarch, tapioca flour, sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, turmeric, and salt.
- Create a well in the center and add the lightly beaten egg and half of the warm water. Mix well.
- Gradually add the remaining water and continue mixing until you achieve a smooth dough.
- Finally, add the coconut oil and knead the dough until it is smooth and well-incorporated.
- Transfer the dough into a loaf pan greased with coconut oil.
- Use a dampened spoon to smooth the surface of the bread.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 25 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
