  10. Transfer to a floured surface and knead for about 10 to 15 minutes;

  13. Lightly grease a surface with olive oil and place the dough on it;
  14. Knead briefly and divide the dough in half;
  15. Roll out each piece with a rolling pin;
  16. Roll it up tightly to form the loaf shape;
  17. Place in a greased and floured bread pan, cover with a clean kitchen towel;
  18. Let it rise for another 40 minutes;
  19. Brush the top of the loaves with the egg yolk;
  20. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown;
