Ingredients for this Green Detox Soup:
- 1 cup chopped spinach;
- 1 cup chopped Swiss chard;
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley;
- 1 cup kabocha squash, diced;

- 2 cloves garlic, minced;
- Salt to taste;
- 1 quart (about 4 cups) water.
How to Prepare the Green Detox Soup:
