- First, chop the pineapple into small pieces and cook with the sugar in a saucepan;
- Once cooked, stir in the pineapple gelatin until fully dissolved; set aside;
- In a separate saucepan, add the sweetened condensed milk;
- Add the cornstarch and mix well until smooth;
- Whisk in the table cream until incorporated;
- Pour in the milk;
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened;
- In a glass serving dish, spread a thin layer of the cream you just made;
- Create a layer of ladyfinger cookies over the cream;
- Cover the cookies with another layer of cream and then add a layer of the prepared pineapple;
- Repeat the process, layering cream, cookies, and pineapple until you run out of ingredients, finishing with a final layer of cream;
- Top with the remaining pineapple and refrigerate until well chilled before serving.
