How to make purple grape jam:
- First, wash the grapes thoroughly and drain them;

- Strain the grapes and press them firmly through a fine-mesh sieve to extract all the pulp, discarding the skins and seeds;
- Combine the cooking liquid and the extracted pulp in a pot with the sugar;
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally;
- Once the mixture begins to thicken, remove it from the heat;
- Let the jam cool in the pot for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a sterilized glass jar and seal tightly. Turn the jar upside down and let it cool completely to room temperature;
- Store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
