Ingredients for Blender Bread

  • 1 cup plus 1 tbsp warm milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast (about 5g)
  • 2 tbsp plus 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (approx. 600g)

How to Make Blender Bread

  1. In your blender, combine the eggs, warm milk, sugar, salt, yeast, oil, and butter.
  2. Blend until well combined, then pour the mixture into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Gradually add the all-purpose flour while mixing. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 20 minutes. After resting, shape the dough as desired.
  5. Form small balls and place them on a baking sheet, leaving enough space for them to rise. Cover with a slightly damp towel and let rise for another 50 minutes.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (approx. 190°C) for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
