Margarita Ingredients:

  • Lime wedge for garnish;
  • 1.5 oz (45ml) blanco tequila;
  • 0.5 oz (15ml) fresh lime juice;
  • 1 oz (30ml) Cointreau (this orange liqueur adds the perfect balance and sweetness);
  • Kosher salt for the rim;

How to Make a Classic Margarita:

  1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a chilled cocktail glass;
  2. Gently press the rim of the glass into a small plate filled with salt to coat it;
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, lime juice, and Cointreau;
  4. Shake well until chilled;
  5. Strain the mixture into your prepared glass and garnish with the lime wedge;
