Ingredients for Coconut Flour Chocolate Cake:
- 1 Cup (70%) unsweetened cocoa powder;
- 2 Eggs;
- 1 Cup demerara sugar;
- 2 Cups brown coconut flour;
- 1/2 Cup melted unsalted butter;
- 1 Teaspoon pure vanilla extract;
- 2 Cups milk;
- Pinch of salt;
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder.
How to Make Coconut Flour Chocolate Cake:
- In a bowl, beat eggs until smooth;
- Add milk and melted butter, mix well;
- Combine cocoa powder and sugar, then mix;
- Gradually add coconut flour while mixing;
- Add vanilla extract and mix thoroughly;
- Stir in salt and combine the batter;
- Finally, add baking powder and fold gently;
- Grease a cake pan and pour the batter;
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean;
- Let cool slightly and serve!
