- Shredded mozzarella cheese to taste;
- Your choice of toppings (we used sliced mushrooms and sliced avocado).
How to Make Broccoli Crust Pizza:
- In a bowl, add the finely chopped broccoli;
- Add the eggs;
- Season with salt and black pepper;
- Mix everything very well until fully combined;
- Pour the mixture into a non-stick skillet, spreading it evenly to cover the bottom—this will be your pizza crust;
- Turn the heat to medium; the crust will start to set quickly;
- At this point, you can spread the tomato sauce and then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top;
